Amazon Simple Queue Service (SQS) is a fully managed message queuing service that can be used to send, store, and receive messages between software systems. Standard SQS queues provide best effort ordering, at least once delivery, and unlimited throughput. SQS FIFO queues guarantee exactly once delivery and strict ordering.
SQS queues can be used as a trigger for AWS Lambda functions and can act as a Cloudwatch event target (FIFO queues only). The SQS queue depth metric is commonly used to trigger EC2 auto-scaling activity.
Amazon SQS was the first service provided by AWS, launched in 2004 and made generally available in 2006.

Amazon GuardDuty is a fully managed threat detection service. GuardDuty uses both known and unknown threat detection systems to protect one or more AWS accounts from malicious or unauthorized activity. GuardDuty examines your CloudTrail, VPC Flow Logs, and DNS Query logs for threats identified by AWS and trusted partners and produces detailed, actionable findings.

Amazon ElastiCache is a fully managed, highly available, scalable, in-memory data store and cache and provides support for two popular open source engines, Redis and Memcached, and is protocol compliant with both. ElastiCache provides an easy migration path for those desiring a fully managed alternative to self-managed in-memory store/cache, often as easy as simply changing an application configuration setting. ElastiCache is a member of the AWS database family of services which also includes RDS, Redshift and DynamoDB.
